(I've been asked if I know of anybody who would be interested in going to UAE (Abu Dhabi) to run their Special Operations maintenance program. They have 6-8 FW, 11 Chinooks (Agusta), 15 Sennec (French), and some Pumas. They will also get 10 UH-60s in November and 40 more in 2008.

Salary is negotiable (100K+). Allowances include housing, utilities, transportation, phone, and business class tickets for R&R. There is also an up-front, one time allowance for deployment (tickets, HHG shipment, furniture), plus repatriation tickets and HHG shipment.

I’m not in the recruiting business, but if you know anyone who might be interested, I’ll get them in touch with the right person.
